API Casing
Casing is a large-diameter pipe that serves as the structural retainer for the walls of oil and gas wells, or well bore. It is inserted into a well bore and cemented in place to protect both subsurface formations and the wellbore from collapsing and to allow drilling fluid to circulate and extraction to take place. Steel Casing Pipes have smooth wall & minimum yield strength of 35,000 psi
API Tubing
casing tubing, drill pipe and drill collar are a major portion of OCTG Casings are pipes that support wall of oil and gas well and mainly divided into 3 kinds, the surface, protection and production casing. Tubing is a special pipe which is installed in production casing after well cementing to let oil or gas gush to the ground. Merlok can supply all tubing's, casings and drill pipe of the API standards. In addition, it has also developed many kinds of tubing's and casings of non-API standards, forming its own TP series to meet different requirements and offer more selections for the customers
Seamless Line Pipe
Line pipes Supplied by Merlok are intended for the transmission of petroleum, natural gas and other gas&fluids. Products include over a hundred specifications for the various applications in regular, pressure, submarine, low-temperature, high-temperature corrosion-resistant and other pipelines. Merlok can supply products according to international standards such as API 5L, ASTM, ASME, JIS, DIN, EN, etc. And it also can meet the customer's special specification by mutually agreement.

Welded Pipes
Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipes are available in various wall thicknesses, sizes, diameters, thickness, steel grades, nominal bores (NB) and dimensions. Suitable for both light duties and extra heavy duties, our ERW steel pipes are used in highly demanding work environments of industries like petrochemical, oil & gas, infrastructure, construction, automobile, chemical, etc. These ERW steel pipes are conforming to various quality standards. Our ERW steel pipes find wide application in industrial water lines, plant piping, agriculture, irrigation, gas pipelines and oil pipelines.
Welded pipe (pipe manufactured with a weld) is a tubular product made out of flat plates, known as skelp, that are formed, bent and prepared for welding. The most popular process for large diameter pipe uses a longitudinal seam weld.Spiral welded pipe is an alternative process, spiral weld construction allows large diameter pipe to be produced from narrower plates or skelp. The defects that occur in spiral welded pipe are mainly those associated with the SAW weld, and are similar in nature to those for longitudinally welded SAW pipe. Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) and High Frequency Induction (HFI) Welded Pipe, originally this type of pipe, which contains a solid phase butt weld, was produced using resistance heating to make the longitudinal weld (ERW). But most pipe mills now use high frequency induction heating (HFI) for better control and consistency. However, the product is still often referred to as ERW pipe, even though the weld may have been produced by the HFI process.
We may also place orders with our suppliers for the most demanding of client installations such as pipes for high temperature, low temperature, high pressure or sour service environments for offshore or onshore applications.
All supplied products are manufactured according to international standards such as API, ASTM, ANSI, ISO and DIN pipe.
